Knowledgeable and helpful staff!
Kniwledgrabke friendly people. Thon’t always get orders correct or modify one when they come in. Ultimately, they correct get it right.
I love The Bike Lane! This is a family owned store that supports youth programs and really takes care of their customers. Everybody is super friendly and they’re more than happy to help with all your cycling needs.
I was not happy with the demeanor in which the service person handled my needs.
Nothing can be done at this point. I honestly will likely not come back to get work done on my bike.
Staff was very attentive, helpful, offered good suggestions, and was not focused on trying to upsell. You could tell that everyone uses the products and they are riders.
Friendly staff and quick, quality service. They fixed up my kid’s first bike and ensured it was safe for him to ride. I happened to have a work meeting in the same building after I dropped the bike off, and they finished working before my meeting ended. I will definitely be coming back for service and new bikes for the rest of the family!

All the staff I have ever talked to at the bike lane have been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most of them have recognized me again after meeting me once. The selection of products available is also above average for bike shops.

The salesperson was friendly and professional but like most times that I stop into a bike shop, I feel as if I'm being treated as if I'm new to cycling. I would like it if the salesperson would ask me what type of cyclist I am verses assuming based on my gender, age and attire.
