I am so impressed by the customer service. I am a HS teacher who brought her student’s bike in having NO IDEA how expensive repairing a bike would be. From the start, Mark was extremely kind and encouraged me to bring the bike in. He glanced it over and filled the tires before I took it to the amazing Richard. I explained my tough situation and he was so generous. He made sure I was able to afford the repair and got it to me the same day. It was a stressful day at work and I could not have appreciated more the help I got from both amazing employees. This will be my family’s only bike shop from now on. Big bonus is the brewery too :)

Nathan and the shop were incredible. Since my repair was handled through an insurance company, there were several delays and changes of plans. Nathan was flexible and understanding. I appreciate the patience and the solid work done on my bike.
Went in for a flat tire change and expected to have to leave it and pick it up later, maybe even later in the week. Pleasant surprise to see the tech immediately go to work on the repair and it was done in about 15 min. Great time saver.

I was totally blown away by my first visit to this location. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable- I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold, which was the first time I’ve ever experienced this at a bike shop. There was everything I needed and I got my bike road ready after a long hiatus in 24 hours.
I am completely happy with the service and the staff were genuinely cool people who love bikes as much as I do. :) I will be back.

I had a specific item I wanted to buy (a brand of MTB gloves) that your website said was in stock at the store, but when I got there it was not in stock. So I got another brand. Not a huge deal and overall the store was nice with pleasant and helpful staff.
I liked the quick turnaround time on recent tune up service. The staff also helped with an issue concerning a gift card. However, 2 days after my bike was serviced, the shop announced a special 30% discount on parts with tune up. I would have appreciated a heads up that a service special was in the works. I might have opted to wait for the special.
