Attentive staff
Mark is awesome!! Me and a buddy showed up before opening and Mark was stoked to bring us in to get a few things for our ride in the rain. Awesome team and awesome service, as a former bike shop employee I was very pleased by Mark's gesture to open the doors for us. Acts like this is why I keep coming back, oh... and good beer too :)
I realized once I got home that I was overcharged for the services. I was told $100 (even at the register) but I have a charge for $125. I should have picked up on it at the place but I took the verbal cost as what the charge would be.

We like the quality service and friendly people at The Bike Lane. I had some significant work done on my bike in 2023, and I received quality service. I hope that this store can increase its square footage space at this location. It is a very convenient location, but it is exceeding the capacity of its current store size. I also would like to see more bike product options (e.g., bike gloves, clothing, shoes, helmets).
After approving the work order by E-mail, I did not receive an E-mail with any feedback. While the work performed was exception, the communications on next steps and expected time frames was missing.
Over charged for a broken spoke!
Dropped off my bike to be repaired but no repair was done on it!

Cool shop very interesting products, they have too many of those goofy bikes with the curly handlebars. Who would want a bike with no travel? Can’t be good for downhill.
