We like the quality service and friendly people at The Bike Lane. I had some significant work done on my bike in 2023, and I received quality service. I hope that this store can increase its square footage space at this location. It is a very convenient location, but it is exceeding the capacity of its current store size. I also would like to see more bike product options (e.g., bike gloves, clothing, shoes, helmets).
After approving the work order by E-mail, I did not receive an E-mail with any feedback. While the work performed was exception, the communications on next steps and expected time frames was missing.
Over charged for a broken spoke!
Dropped off my bike to be repaired but no repair was done on it!

You guys demonstrate that you care about me as a bike rider, not a customer with a ripe credit card. All your service employees address me like family, no matter what my abilities may be. I can think of at least one competitor who give me the impression that since I'm no cat II rider or top tier triathlete I am not worthy of their precious time. But not you guys. On the road there's an attitude we start together, we finish together, our only goal is to have the best experience we can. A bike store is a "want" store, a grocery store is a "need" store. I'll be at the coffee bar warming up from the cold outdoors and watch your staff engage with many customers. I get the impression you look at every person who walks in the door as a guest, not a customer.
