friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff!
New to the store and as a previous bike store employee, I enjoyed the guys opening the door so I can bring my bike in. Nice to be offered a beer or coffee! Most of the guys in front introduce themselves which was nice. I got my bike fixed and out the door super fast.
Expertise…friendly…helpful…friendly…patient…and friendly. They have a great Team in this shop. I send all my friends there and no one is ever disappointed.

Fantastic customer service! Brought two young grandkids in for their first real bikes. They helped me understand what they needed and why, measured each kid, spoke to me but also spoke the kids language. I’m totally sold for life knowing I purchased the best, appropriate, and safe bikes for my grandkids!
Very professional and extremely helpful, are the 2 things that come to mind when getting to visit the Bike Lane! They make you feel like family and take care of you like it! Their service is top notch and they will not steer you wrong or upsell you things you do not need. I’ve been a customer for a decade and will be for life!

Great to work with the bike shop staff, they're incredibly resourceful and have tons of great recommendations. Their excitement for biking in general is infectious. We even got a mini tour of the brewery (the beer is quite good).
The services I have received from Bike Lane have been worth the time and money and the Mechanics and salespeople have been very helpful with correcting any problem that I might have.
The customer service and products are outstanding. This team loves sharing their passion and knowledge of bikes. The location is fantastic with direct access to the W&OD trail.

I received fantastic service from Richard and Tom when I decided to get a new gravel bike. They were both highly knowledgeable and gracious in sharing their expertise. I finally settled on a new titanium Lindsky gravel bike they both helped me configure. Amazing service!

Incredible service. Cycling is huge to me and luckily you guys have the best mechs on the planet. No matter how badly I mess up my bikes they manage to quickly square them away. I really apreciate the support.
Never knew you guys were a brewery!
We have purchased three bikes here, two for me and one for my wife. The manager, lead sales people and lead mechanics listen to your needs and provide expert service. The free lifetime minor adjustments keep me on the road without having to worry when something is a little out of whack. When more major issues have come up, it is an investment but I am able to ride out of the shop with my bike feeling like new. The coffee is good, too.
Helpful and friendly people. I like the email service updates. I could see where it might be intimidating to an inexperienced person.
