Everyone was very helpful both when I dropped my bike off for service, and picked it up. They all seemed genuinely caring and knowledgeable!
I feel like there have been a few times I’ve come here and the guys aren’t listening. The last one was when I wanted my vector 3 pedals looked at and after telling them they were single sided, I was told the one side had a missing cover and “damage to the housing” and I then asked- is this the one with the battery? And was told no… then they looked and said they don’t stock that type of battery…. It was a little annoying. But it’s fine overall everyone was nice.
