Friendly staff, food selection

I dropped by bike off on November 5, for new wheels, a tune-up, rear brake work and rear tire and some other updates to the bike. I had not heard from the Bike Lane for over 2 weeks. I finally called on November 21st and found out the frame had a crack and no work was done or would be done, my only option was to buy a new bike or a new frame at 20% off, which was not acceptable to me. The Bike Lane should have called me when the crack was discovered.
I am upset about the bike, my Domane SL 6, ordered in March 2022 and delivered in June 2022, which replaced a Madone, which I purchase in January 2010 and its frame had a crack discovered by the Bike Lane Service Department in March 2022. Not a good track record for me and these bikes. I only ride on the road or paved trails like the W&OD, I know these things happen, but this is just to much for me.
I contacted Trek myself and was offered 30% off a new frame.
At this point there is nothing you can do to make things right for me.

Everyone is so kind and helpful.
My bicycle was serviced on the spot. While the work was being done, I got a coffee at the bar. Then I sat outside, drank my coffee, and rode home. It was a nice, quick visit, and I got new brake pads.
Expert knowledge is generously shared; work is professional and fairly priced.

Excellent and friendly service personnel
The service is fantastic! Derek took my electric bike when I wrote it there and I couldn't figure out what was the matter with that and then they fixed it and I went and picked it up days later and it was a minimal cost and Tom explained to me that it just needed some kind of update. These guys are all awesome!
