Great service, friendly staff, a bit pricey but got the bike back and all tuned up perfectly in one day and I know there's a ton of bikes they have to work with.

The staff is what separates The Bike Lane from all other shops in the area. The staff is consistently approachable, knowlegeable, and uniformly respectful. I also appreciate The Bike Lane's support for racing - whether it be the youth mountain bike race team, the Cap Classic, or adult MTB racing.

I loved the service but when browsing for accessories, many items had no pricing which is a little aggravating. Other than that, all was good.
