The people! We came in with a very basic bike and very basic questions and the team was patient and helpful. Mark was great. We’ve been to bike shops that act very elitist in that if you do not have the “right” bike it’s not worth their time. The Bike Lane is NOT that-they are tailor-made for the every-person cyclist (and beer and coffee drinker) in all of us! We are DEFINITELY coming back!
Provided incorrect product information one week ago. And we stopped by this Friday, was trying to confirm my order, and it turned out it won't meet my requirements.

I was able to get serviced upon arrival, the issue was fixed promptly and satisfactory.
When I took delivery on my new Domane SL 6, there probably should have been a quick review of the bike and I should have asked for a quick review. The problem came when I took the bike home and the cable to the rear derailleur was not attached properly to the shifter and I could not shift the gears. I had to go back to the shop and the service team found the problem and quickly fixed it, but it was the frustration of having to go back to the shop after just picking up my bike.

I have been buying Trek bikes from Todd and Anne Mader for nearly a quarter of a century. They are my cycling family, but here’s the thing: so are the folks who work for and with them at the Bike Lane. From buying a bike to servicing it to picking up at part, I know I’m being take care of like family. You can’t beat that!

Derek did an excellent job servicing my bike. The shop has friendly staff that are eager to help from the moment you walk in the door.
The team has been incredibly supportive. They repair guys know their stuff and are willing to slide in a quick repair to get me back on the road. When I presented me issue (numb hands from ill-fitting handlebars, one of the crew wheeled out his own bike to show an alternative grip.
I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted or where to start. I was greeted immediately and treated with patience. I was shown a few different bikes based on questions I was asked and sized accordingly. Test rode some in the lot and ended up making the purchase. I appreciated the time I was given and the team was very helpful and understanding and did not pressure to make a purchase.
Bike Lane and all of their employees are extremely passionate and knowledgeable about bikes and the overall sport in general. They're always willing to help out and show a true interest in your plans for your new bike or just getting an old one fixed up. They go the extra mile for you. They have a great inventory, AWESOME beer on tap, but the service is what stands out the most to me. Would highly recommend this shop.
