I appreciate the attention to detail in servicing my bike. I had a basic slow leak in my rear tire and Tom took the time to not only check the tube, but to also check the tire in where he found a thorn that caused the constant slow leak that the Green Lizard was not able to find, or even took the time to check. I will be going to the Bike Lane going forward. I also appreciate seeing the Bike Lane originate in my home town of Burke, VA and am grateful to see the Bike Lane at Difficult Run in Reston where I do the majority of my riding today. Thank you!

The Bike Lane in Reston is the single friendliest and most comfortable place to shop in the area. I have never met such friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond to help with any and every concern I have as a new cyclist. I am so glad I bought my bike here and that I am able to come here to service it!
