A little expensive but what isn’t now days!
Front disk brake was rubbing heavily after I got service including full tune up. Walked right back in and it was corrected immediately but makes me not have extreme confidence in the quality of work. Hopefully it was just an oversight.

The person helping me buy tires seemed very unknowledgable, suggesting tires that were listed as out of stock with no due date, and not knowing how knobby tires affect rolling speed/efficiency for street riding
