Excellent service and worked with my son to find the right bike for now and the future.
We brought our bikes in for an end of season tune up. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. Our tune ups were complete ahead of schedule, and I could feel the improved performance of the bikes after the service. I’ve done a lot of business with The Bike Lane and value working with their team.
Very knowledgeable and friendly sales and service staff. The store has an excellent inventory for cyclist of all abilities and interests. Frankly, I have been to many bike shops in the area and Bike Lane is heads and shoulders above all of them.
I am a semi pro mountain biker visiting from South Africa. The guys at the Bike Lane were super friendly and helpful. Marc really helped me with loads of info regarding the area and trails.

Everyone is nice as can be. The guys did a great job servicing my bike and making sure it was perfect before I settled up. Had a delicious beer while I waited. Hands down my favorite local bike shop. Well worth the trip from Centreville for me.

Very very poor communication and required multiple calls to get a status on a work order that was supposed to have already been completed. Even then no one bothered to give me an update via email or phone despite numerous requests.
