Everyone my sister and I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, from the moment we walked in. A cheery hello and some small chit chat with a pleasant direction to the bar. The barista was generous with his time and quick with our order. After the bar, perusing through the shop, my sister was quickly helped with saddles while I was taken out for a test ride, which turned into a new bike for me! I wasn’t even looking for a new bike but the excellent customer service and willing staff aided in my decision. Another employee overheard me talking about Key West and came over to talk to me about my visits there. No one making me feel out of place, dumb or awkward, just genuine, decent good old fashioned customer service. Keep up the great work!

They have a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have a wide variety of bikes and accessories. I recently purchased a bike rack which was not in the store. They ordered it for me and it was ready in two business days.

Bike Lane has a great staff and the best bike mechanics around! Being always friendly and willing to help is great but these guys know what they are doing and fix things right the first time!

Charged me over $250 an hour to wrap handlebars and did not state the cost up front. Sure it only took 10 minutes, but why not just charge me a general labor rate?? Complete rip off, would have done it myself if I was told up front how much it cost. 👎🏼
