Honest, good workmanship, friendly
Richard and Tom are two incredibly good mechanics. They treat customer's bikes like they were their own. I feel very fortunate to have guys like that working on mine.

Always friendly and fun knowledgeable staff
The staff was incredibly knowledgeable. We have not purchased a new bike for about 10 years. There is a lot to learn, disc brakes and e assist bikes to start. The staff was great. Thanks for all the information, it will take me some time to work out what we want. This was a great start. Thank you.

I had the most incredible experience buying my very first bike. Everyone that I spoke to, over the week that I debated my purchase, was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Although it is the atmosphere that I love the most — I feel like I’m part of a new family. I can’t wait to ride my new bike to the shop, grab a beer, and chat with my new family.

Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. Always putting customer first. Shopping there, or getting your bike tuned or repaired, is a friendly experience. Staff takes the time to explain all matters related to biking or cycling or any kind - city, road, gravel or MTN. And the beer is good too!

Friendly staff and great work.
I like shopping at a small shop and getting to interact with the owner. Having the cafe there creates a friendly environment, where it is easy to strike up a conversation. Each time I have come in for minors adjustments or advice I am treated as if I had an appointment. I am impressed with the service and fitting departments. The for mentioned reasons are what set this shop apart, It is expected to have friendly knowledgeable sales staff.
