I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Bike Lane in Reston, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The store itself is well-organized and has a great selection of bikes and accessories to choose from. But what really sets this place apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff.
As always, the Bike Lane was very helpful. I needed some bike parts and they found what I needed quickly and at a good price.

Last week, I had a bicycle accident close to your place. I got unconscious and end up at Reston Hospital (I'm doing well today) On that day, some one took my bike to your store. Three days ago,I picked up my bike at your store, the damages on my bike were fixed and most important to me was that keeping my bike after my accident for few days and fixing the bike for free is something that I will always remember and appreciate the kindness you showed to me.
I sincerely thank you for all what you have done for me and and sure that you have done the same for other!

Owen was awesome. I did not intend to buy within 10 minutes, but Owen was able to answer all of my questions and the store had my exact size and setup ready. Going out for a 2 hour ride on it today!
Everyone at the bike lane is knowledgeable, friendly, and really cares about the customer. I have interacted with with almost everyone in the store and have received nothing but great customer service and support from everyone.
Prompt service and a caring attitude. The staff is always smiling and helpful.
I came in with an ebike that was making a noise and the brakes were soft.
A month and $500 later, its still making the noise but the brakes are okay.
I think the owner hates e-bikes. He recommended not to fix mine, warned against using or owning it and suggested I buy something else, but didn’t have an e-bike recommendation. It took so long to get it back, I decided on a new e-bike and then got an email saying my bike was ready.
I tried picking the bike up with my car but Owen said the handlebars wouldn’t fit in my trunk and it shouldn’t be done. In the past I’ve just turned the handlebars 90 degrees on the fork and it’ll fit. I know it isn’t perfect, but it’s the only vehicle I own.
I had to come back with a neighbor and his SUV.
Everyone is very helpful & you can tell they love what they do.
Love the location on W&OD so I can go for a ride as well as visit the shop.
