The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful in finding bikes and gear that fit what I was looking for, also taking time to explain the differences between various options so as to not overwhelm a biking newbie like myself. It's also great being able to grab a drink or snack while shopping around.

This store really went beyond in helping me to hopefully resolve an issue that I had with a purchased, very high quality, portable, fat-tire air pump that I really wanted, but it just did not work out for me as a feature I was hoping for wasn't compatible with the design of that pump (an accessory hose with digital gauge was a bit too short for this particular pump; the pump having a larger diameter tube and handle). The store's sales representatives, very professional, gracious, and knowledgeable, took back the pump and returned the money spent on that item--even though the packaging was no longer in great shape. This was a special order item that could have enabled them to not accept the return; but, they were genuinely very interested in ensuring my satisfaction. So, I very, very highly recommend them.

The service center was great. Everyone was very helpful. I waited to get my bike serviced because I expected to go into a shop and be convinced I needed expensive repairs or add-ons. I needed basic maintenance, AND there was a sale. Score! I love finding a place I can trust to care about their customers.

Bought my first gravel bike and it was a great experience. Received highly personalized service and attention to detail from knowledgeable cyclists who care about the customer and didn't try to over-sell. They simply took the time to understand my needs and interests and suggested the perfect bike with the perfect fit. Kudos to the shop and especially the employees.

I hate leaving bad reviews but your service department has been unprofessional made me feel like a jerk on multiple occasions, one person specifically. The front side of the shop has always been helpful and fantastic. I have spent a lot of time and money here and it would be hard to recommend over other Trek dealers in the area.
