The handle bar tape was ripped during the crash, I pointed it out to be fixed, and it was not replaced. We had to leave town when I picked up the bike, and when I return I will have to return the bike to have the tape fixed. It took 12 days for the first visit. How long will this take?

There’s something for everyone at the Bike Lane, and customer service is unmatched. The day we were in the shop, there was a senior lady purchasing an e-bike, a young person whipping mountain bikes over the curbs, and us middle-aged people shopping for our first road bikes. Every customer was treated with the same care and respect. I’m really happy we went with this bike shop over the others because our new bikes come with lifetime minor adjustments, so we can just pop in when we go by on the W&OD to have them check things over.
Also, they offer a fantastic bike maintenance class which is essentially free because you get your class fees back as store credit!
