The salespeople are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
While I was picking up my new bike, I needed support (i.e a tool) to remove the front tire so I can put the bike on my car. I asked a couple of the employees for the tool and one of them told me to go back to the waiting line (around 10 people were already in line), when I told him that I already had my bike and I just came out of the store. He insisted that I need to go back to the line. Also, I asked to another employee if he had a hex wrench with him and he told me that “do you think I carry tools with me?”. So the only option that I had was to take the bike to the bike fixing station located by the W&O trail where it has a set of hex wrench. I totally understand the current situation and limitations, the store personnel are with a lot of stress and work that limit the time that can expend with each customer, but I just bought an expensive bike and I didn’t even got 5 minutes of help. You guys have a great store and good selection of bikes, which by the way I want to buy another bike for my wife, but maybe I will try another shop.

The employees were very helpful, especially considering the circumstances of COVID-19, and I felt comfortable in my bike choice. I was even allowed to test it and put it on hold before hand. Overall I enjoyed my experience and would love to visit the shop again when searching for my next bike.

You had what I needed (a bike pump), and the staff was friendly and answered my questions without making me feel silly for asking. I recommended you to my podiatrist this morning. He's looking for a bike for his granddaughter and hasn't been able to find one.
Bike stores are so overwhelmed right now, especially with new bikers like myself. Even with the 2 hr line and phones ringing off the hook, I felt the two guys who help me out gave me the attention I needed to make the right choice with my new bike! I'm excited to get my new Trek FX3 out on the trails! Thanks for the help in this crazy time!

Excellent service and advice
I needed some type of sealant for my Foes Mixer that has a 29 front 27.5 rear. After talking to them on the phone they had recommended Stans sealant , which they have on hand in lots of quantities. I bought two 4oz. Bottles and was on my way. Thanks guys,

The service at this place is first rate. They might be busy but they work very efficiently to see everyone and make them happy. The cost is fantastic, I was surprised. They don't try to "upsell", which is very refreshing. Every business should be run this way.

Everything! Your staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I was there this past Saturday and it was very busy, but Aaron took his time helping me; he didn't try to rush me. You guys also never do the "hard sell", which I appreciate. Then, after my ten mile bike ride, I was able to get a cold lemonade, on top of everything else! Great!
