We have bought a few bikes from Bike Lane before from your old location. We also have bought bikes from Spokes in Vienna.

I brought my son's bike in for a back tire bracket repair and a potential tune-up. The attendant was very nice and I explained my son really wanted his bike back so if a tune-up was going to delay the time it took to get the bike back to my son, please don't do it.

The bracket was fixed within a couple days and I received an email. Better yet the cost was under $20 for parts and labor. It is clear Bike Lane is focused on developing long-term relationships with its customers. I will buy solely from Bike Lane going forward. I also discovered you guys have beer which is a plus ;
