Curbside pickup was great.

Staff was helpful in selecting a bike I wanted. No attempt to up-sell -- just guided me in the direction of a bike after listening to what I was looking for. Service during social-distancing was efficient, even with asking to add an accessory to the bike. I already referred friends to the shop based on my experience, and recently saw that one purchased a bike from there! So, yeah, I'm likely to recommend this place to friends.
8 is usually my highest ranking so there wasn't anything to improve upon.

Extremely friendly and easy to work with to get what I was looking for...no sales pressure. Matt put time and effort into really trying to get me where I wanted to be. And he was totally successful! I love the mountain bike he recommended...can’t wait to get out there with it!!!
Also they were very quick in getting my bike assembled and ready for me.
I did have to call back to see when it was ready for pickup although I provided my number...but I understand they are extremely busy right now. Also had to ask for the manual when I picked it up. Very minor points...overall an outstanding experience and I have already recommended The Bike Lane to several friends...downside is I’m only in the area temporarily, but I’ll be sure to put the word out at least while I’m here!
Thanks again...especially for being open during this coronavirus nightmare. It takes courage to ride a mountain bike but maybe more courage to simply open and staff your store right now. Keep it up please...people need you now🇺🇸
