Awesome customer service
This dealer seems to be the only trustworthy bike dealer around. While others make up nonsense when asked questions about the bikes, if The Bike Lane staff don’t know something, they tell you or find someone that does know the answer or look it up. They are helpful and polite. Unfortunately I was in the market for an ebike and they did not have a large selection in stock. They offered to order one for me, but I wanted one for the long holiday weekend so I purchased my ebike elsewhere. I am looking forward to taking it to The Bike Lane for maintenance as I know they will be honest with me.

Went buy to get an axle but for my pugsley that I got from Bike Lane over 10 years ago. I had been to a local competitor for the part and you would have thought I was a plague ridden moron. However the bike staff at bike lane were their usual helpful selves. We looked up to find the correct axle nut and when it wasn’t in stock went online to see if another size would work and it did. The mechanic was super personable and cool. He really took the time to square me away and I got to ride the next morning because of it. Awesome service as usual and much appreciated.

Staff is friendly and helpful, whether we're there to buy a bike or I just need a cassette spacer! Pretty much always have what I need for parts or accessories, but if it's not in the shop, the staff always offer to order it for me. That sort of service makes me proud to have Bike Lane as my local shop, and is why I recommend it to folks.

Even though you are extremely busy, the employees take the time to help each individual customer!! So pleased to do business with the bike lane!!
For $100 tune up, I didn’t even get what I came for. My brake lines were not changed, I had to wait and pay more for parts and get my breaks replaced. I asked the guy if they can put air in my tires, he said I’m sure they did. Which is not true, they didn’t, that’s why I asked him to do that. So paid over $120 and get nothing I asked for. Will recommend spokes from now on...

Service department despite being inundated with requests quickly got me in and out in a hurry.
I had a flat tire on the bike trail on a Monday, during a rain storm. I stopped by Bike Lane in Reston on a Monday, a day the store was "officially" closed. Lucky for me, the manager, Todd, agreed to fix my flat tire. I was back on the rode in 20 minutes thanks to Bike Lane. Thanks much guys!!!
