The bike mechanic was very friendly and explained what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and looked extremely proficient.
All of the service representatives and mechanics are professional and customer service oriented. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. It is a pleasure to bring my bike to be serviced at the Bike Lane!
Friendly and professional staff, particularly in the Service department.
Knowledgeable, friendly, non-judgemental staff who listens to and has patience with customers. No sales pressure. Treats one another and the customers with respect. The repair staff has few limits in what they can fix, but they know those limits and are willing to stop before something bad happens. I also appreciate their dedication to the COVID-19 rules and making those work. Yes, I’m a big fan of TBL!

The team at BIKE LANE was super. They were responsive, gave me a fair estimate and once the repairs on my bike were completed - it did not cost me more! This is also the first time I used the BIKE LANE and was so pleased that the repairs were completed properly and I did not have to bring the bike back for any adjustments!

Great staff, I can't believe the degree of responsiveness on my last two visits with tire issues. Great 30 minute turn around, great value too. Am sending all my friends to Bike Lane for both bikes and especially for service.
I am actually blown away by the level of knowledge and professionalism this place exhibits. Service is done quickly and onsite and these guys know what they are doing. I came in to fix a flat and mentioned an issue with my CAT speedometer and the lady fixed the problem quickly.
Go there around 3pm if you do not want to wait outside. This Covid-19 restricts the number of people in the store.
In short if you do not want to get scammed over bike repairs, this is the place to go to.

The mechanic carefully went over my bike to diagnose the problem (bottom bracket) and finally decided it needed to stay for repairs. It was done the next day for a very reasonable price.
