Customer service was excellent for ordering an out of stock bike and the pickup process was helpful and efficient. Staff seems knowledgeable and helpful and the added bonus of free lifetime standard service is a nice added bonus for buyers/riders.

One stop shopping for bicycles and Great service
Great customer service. I went twice looking for a bike. Both time the employees were helpful in explaining all options and pros and cons of everything. I was able to use the website to check what other similar bikes they have in stock. Went in the second time and the website was accurate. I was given the opportunity to test ride the bike with no hassle. Bought the bike instantly. Looks like a great bike shop with great service and knowledgeable employees - something you don't see much anymore (go to Best Buy and half the employees don't even know the different types of TVs that they even sell).

A local shop that generally has what I need unless you want a bike right now. But I’m laughing cause I’ve never seen the shelves so empty. If they don’t have what you need the staff will order it and normally it takes a few days.

Quick repairs
The services are excellent. I have never seen a better mechanic than Derrick and I don't think I ever will. There's nothing that he cannot fix. And all the salespeople really know bikes inside and out. I can hear them talking to customers everytime I come into the store. And I just want to give Todd a big THANK YOU for running a first class establishment from top to bottom.
