Great customer service! Very helpful and explained everything we needed to know and understand.
There was some confusion regarding a special order that resulted in about a week's delay in being able to pick up my bike. The issue took a few days and several staff members to resolve, but everyone was polite and helpful. Overall not a huge issue.
It’s hard to know with just a ride through parking lot if a bike is going to work for you. It’s a pricey purchase based on a 2 minute ride.
Excellent service. At most bike shops there is an excessive turn-around time. The BIKE LANE usually gets the job done BEFORE I expect it, and they always give a phone call to let us know the bikes are ready. This is THE BEST BIKE SHOP we have ever used in this area,
I’ve been a regular customer at Bike Lane since they moved their shop to West Springfield. I consider their service department, headed by lead mechanic Derrick, to be the best in the Northern Virginia area. Taking my bikes to another bike shop for any type of service is out of the question.
The entire staff at Bike Lane is friendly and knowledgeable and even though there’s a bit of a wait to enter the store during these unprecedented pandemic times, the wait is well worth it. From what I’ve seen, every customer receives the same outstanding, personal service. I’ve recommended Bike Lane to many of my cyclist friends and for some, even though other shops may be more convenient to their location, Bike Lane has become their bike shop of choice for repairs and purchases.
I whole-heartedly recommend Bike Lane, especially to those serious cyclists who have invested a lot of time and treasure into this sport. You will be hard-pressed to find a better, more professional bike shop to deal when it comes to servicing even the most expensive bikes.

Excellent customer service
The sales staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and a TREK distributor since my bikes over the last 20 years have been TREKS. I bought a top fuel 8 nx and have ordered separate accessories for it. They have not arrived yet so the bike is not yet in a deliverable state. This is not the fault of bike lane. Supply chain issues with covid-19. I will just have to be patient.

Very very friendly staff. They go out of their way to listen and respond in a friendly manner to every request. I was blown away by the hospitality.
Very professional and took the time to explain the utility of items and problems with my bike. Also, shared additional contacts and professional outlets where I can go to get specific items that I was needing from my bike. Also, they threw in a quick friendly maintenance for my old bike.
I like it’s close proximity to my home and the product selection along with excellent service. The combination of all above has led to my purchase of 5 Trek bycyles from them over the last 10 years.
I just felt $30 for 10 minutes worth of work is a little expensive. That is what I would tell my friends is it was $30 to replace a spoke but only took the tech about 10 minutes.
