I am actually blown away by the level of knowledge and professionalism this place exhibits. Service is done quickly and onsite and these guys know what they are doing. I came in to fix a flat and mentioned an issue with my CAT speedometer and the lady fixed the problem quickly.
Go there around 3pm if you do not want to wait outside. This Covid-19 restricts the number of people in the store.
In short if you do not want to get scammed over bike repairs, this is the place to go to.

The mechanic carefully went over my bike to diagnose the problem (bottom bracket) and finally decided it needed to stay for repairs. It was done the next day for a very reasonable price.

Mack educated me on the different types of bikes told me to research my Domane before buying it. Once purchased Al and Derrick performed excellent service. This is a extremely knowledgeable team. Great staff, I can't believe the degree of responsiveness on my last two visits with tire issues. Great 30 minute turn around, great value too. Am sending all my friends to Bike Lane for both bikes and especially for service.
