Matt did a great job. I contacted him the day before and he put the bike I wanted on hold. I came the next day and the transaction was smooth and easy. He had the tech do a final tune up and check on the bike and I was off. Really appreciate the service.

While I had to wait outside for nearly 25 minutes, once inside my wheel was serviced immediately. Total time spent was one hour. Better than driving 30+ minutes and dropping the wheel off at a different bike shop and picking it up another day.

Bought a precaliber 20 for my 6 year old.
