this is the BEST place to buy bikes!!! i have shopped bikes all over the DC-MD-VA area and i can definitely say that this store has the best customer service and is the most knowledgeable. todd and his whole team were super awesome in assisting me in every way possible to get a bike considering how hard it is to get one since COVID. thank you for everything.

Called to reserve a bike for October delivery. However, Bike Lane was nice enough to call me to inform me that someone canceled their order and that I could take my bike early. Really cool of them.

You are conveniently located and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I would suggest having a calculator around for the next time the POS system goes down to enable you to calculate the sales tax a little better. :-)

Derrick expertly serviced both my bike and repaired a wheel I had broken a spoke on. He was fast, efficient and super helpful. On the spot repairs for both that I though would take a day or at least an overnight. Real time repair...love it. The crew works as a team and is very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.
