Called to reserve a bike for October delivery. However, Bike Lane was nice enough to call me to inform me that someone canceled their order and that I could take my bike early. Really cool of them.

You are conveniently located and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I would suggest having a calculator around for the next time the POS system goes down to enable you to calculate the sales tax a little better. :-)

Price and service were great.
Derrick expertly serviced both my bike and repaired a wheel I had broken a spoke on. He was fast, efficient and super helpful. On the spot repairs for both that I though would take a day or at least an overnight. Real time repair...love it. The crew works as a team and is very helpful and accommodating. Thank you.

When I was supposed to get my bike back for some reason at first staff could not find it, I offer to stop by to help, person on the phone mention it was very “SHADY “ I did not like that at all. It made me feel like I wanted to stop by and get a bike that was not mine.

You told me the bike would take one week for a simple tuneup and it took three weeks and when I picked it up the brakes that I had asked to be tightened or not tightened and I was told I would have to wait another four weeks for the parts to come in… No way would I ever come back here again and I’m telling my friends the same

absolutely loved the shop! While they have everything you need, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Alec sold us our bike and he went above and beyond to help us with our trek marlin 5. from now on my go to bike shop.

Kudos to the staff at the Springfield shop. With all the crush of business due to the current shut down, they have still been very efficient on getting everyone in the shop as soon as possible and doing any necessary repairs on the spot, while you wait. Great service.
During my last visit about 2 months ago when lockdown was in effect, the technician was visibily rude and displayed annoyance when I explained the services that I needed done to my bike. He actually even told me why I cannot do one of the job myself instead of bringing the bike to the store. That service only required tightening a few pivot bolts, which took less than a minute, and I did not have the torque tool at home to do it. It wasn't a good experience. I had my services done at some other bike store in that month.

WAITING TO GET SERVICE IS NEVER ACCEPTABLE, even when we are all pretending to be sick!
