Purchased my bike earlier this year and every time I've gone in Matt has been great with assisting me

The service was crazy but the team still made it a great experience!
Probably nothing. It's just super crowded because bikes are popular. However, even though I bought a $1000 bike there, I feel rushed in and out when there's an issue.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! We called last minute needing help with a bike that they didn't build for my special needs daughter, and without hesitation they told us to bring it in to help us fix it. Within a couple hours, the bike was fixed and ready to go for my daughter to be able to ride and enjoy! We are so appreciate of their help and generosity!!!

Various people waited on me, none of them making me feel like they were interested in my issues.
For the old bicycle built for two that I brought in for a tune up - "please make it rideable" - I was told over the phone "sure bring it in, I am sure we can get it going," I was told on site that it was rusty and that I should bring it to a bike shop in Vienna and they could probably restore it.
For my CrossTrek for which you put on new tires, the back brake didn't work when I wheeled it outside, needed to be tightened, so I had to walk it back in to ask for it to be tightened. The technician acted a bit like it was an imposition to do so. Also there was no air cap converter on either tire to make it easy to fill - I had one on the tire when I brought it in.
