I just showed up and they went over and above to get my bike assembled in no time.
My rep was very friendly and helpful but knew more about mountain bikes than road bikes. I was buying a road bike. The overall experience was good, just lacked some of the TLC I expected for a 3k purchase

The staff was absolutely wonderful! We called last minute needing help with a bike that they didn't build for my special needs daughter, and without hesitation they told us to bring it in to help us fix it. Within a couple hours, the bike was fixed and ready to go for my daughter to be able to ride and enjoy! We are so appreciate of their help and generosity!!!

Very easy to deal with. Great service. Unfortunately the bike was stolen before I even got to ride it. But thanks for the high level of service.
Various people waited on me, none of them making me feel like they were interested in my issues.
For the old bicycle built for two that I brought in for a tune up - "please make it rideable" - I was told over the phone "sure bring it in, I am sure we can get it going," I was told on site that it was rusty and that I should bring it to a bike shop in Vienna and they could probably restore it.
For my CrossTrek for which you put on new tires, the back brake didn't work when I wheeled it outside, needed to be tightened, so I had to walk it back in to ask for it to be tightened. The technician acted a bit like it was an imposition to do so. Also there was no air cap converter on either tire to make it easy to fill - I had one on the tire when I brought it in.
