Had what I needed and was right around the corner. Paid a little more than amazon or Walmart, but well worth supporting a small, local business. Amazon and Walmart can’t do bike servicing, so if The Bike Lane wasn’t in our neighborhood we’d be stuck.

So my review is two part. My ordering process with Todd was amazing. He was able to find me a bike, place the order and walk me through differences in models to help me chose one. Bike arrived within the timeframe i was promised. No one called me and when i called over the course of three days, no one answered the phone but i emailed Todd and he responded that bike was here and can be picked up. Overall, 10 for everything.
When I arrived, a young man helped me with the bike. He found it and brought it to me and collected payment. He did not offer to set it up for my height as i am traditionally useed to when buying a new bike. Essentially all he asked me is if i wanted a kickstand or bottle cages and i said no and that was the end. I then said can i get the seat adjusted and he pointed me to the repair area where a gentlemen quickly helped me and got me squared away. May be its just me but he would have gotten a 10 from me if he simply made sure the bike fit was proper before i left the store. I also forgot to ask about the 5% rebate i saw listed on your website and will call to see if that applies to my purchase or not. Overall, this is the 2nd bike i am involved with from Bike Lane and I always find them to be helpful and courteous.

Matt did a great job. I contacted him the day before and he put the bike I wanted on hold. I came the next day and the transaction was smooth and easy. He had the tech do a final tune up and check on the bike and I was off. Really appreciate the service.
