Everyone at the store is very helpful all the time. They make every customer feel like a valued asset and I like that. I have been to many places where customers were treated like dirt if they weren't "in the clque". Bike Lane is not one of those places. I love shopping here and have bought 3 bikes here so far. It will be where I buy my next 3 as well.
Todd was great to work with for the purchase and Tom provided some great advice for my new gravel bike when he made a few adjustments when I picked it up.
Extremely friendly and professional staff. I ordered a bike online, received immediate feedback on my order status, and they called when the bike was ready for pickup.
I received such wonderful service from The Bike Lane Springfield during the purchase of a bike for my husband for Christmas! I made multiple phone calls to ask questions and to buy the bike over the phone, and was treated with great patience. I appreciated the expertise and lack of pressure. When I picked up the bike and rack, a store employee kindly assembled the rack and put it onto my car, teaching me all about it in the process. Then he showed me how to put the bike onto the rack. He refused my tip. I felt great about the service I received, as well as the COVID safety protocols at the shop.

The bike mechanics really turned a bad riding day into a quick, reliable fix! Everyone in the back was helpful and polite. My son left with fantastic knowledge about keeping his bike in great riding condition.
Matt over at the Springfield VA shop is really awesome. He always find time to answer questions and are really knowledgeable.

Great staff who know their stuff and are easy to talk to and do not pressure you into a purchase you had to intention to make. I was impressed with the selection of bikes and accessories in stock as they move through quite a bit of inventory based on what I saw in the short time I was in the store.
Very helpful staff who explained everything, didn't feel pressured while shopping. Also, I have had really good interactions with the repair shop on previous visits.

Recently purchased a Trek FX 3 from The Bike Lane - Reston...a seamless customer experience. Great advice was given by the knowledgeable and friendly staff for the type of bike, sizing, and accessories to go along with it. Very pleased with all staff who gave input, and with the servicing department for having it ready for pick up and suiting it up perfectly. Special shout out to Bill and Peter, but I know I’m missing one...thank you all so much!

I had EXCELLENT customer service, both on the phone and in the store. The store had the alloy rear rack for my Electra Townie. It was sold out online and everywhere else. Was so glad to have found it! I will be sure to be a returning customer...and they are right up the street from my house!
