Super helpful and friendly sales associate who was knowledgeable, quick, personable, and pleasant to be around. Helped me buy my first pair of cycling shoes and made me want to come back to the store, especially for some coffee and beer brews. Also reminded me of Seth Rogan. Was cool. Definitely recommend.

Everyone is great to work with from Todd the owner to Bill in sales to Vincent a mechanic to Ward who serves beer or coffee.
I love the crew.
When I recently had surgery and could not lift anything, Todd sent Vincent to my house to pick up my bike which needing servicing and then Vincent returned it back to my house!
That is A+++ customer service. Great group of workers!!

Friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. Down to earth staff all around. On top of all this it’s a brewing cafe! I’ve visited their store in Reston twice this week. The Bike Lane has a new customer in me.
Bought my first “real” bike here on the advice of a friend. I can’t stand anyone trying to sell me anything. These guys were the complete opposite of that. They answered all my questions and recommended the perfect bike for me without any pressure or sales tactics. The experience was so good I got my son’s bike here as well. The free tune ups are great and I highly recommend their discounted bike fitting. On top of all that, the beer is fantastic! What more could you want!?
I made an in-store order on 30 Dec 2020 and was told it should be there by 31 Dec 2021 and would receive a call when it was available for pick-up. After about 10 days since I hadn't received a phone call, I went into the store to check status of the order; it wasn't there. The individual in charge or ordering told me that he'd be able to make a better inquiry on Monday (it was the weekend) and would give me a call with a status update. About 10 more days go by and I went back to the store only to find that the order was not still not available. I requested and received a refund at this point.
If things don't go as planned in the process, recommend reaching out to your consumer to provide them updates.
Awesome customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Todd and Anne (owners) go the extra mile to ensure you know your options, even going as far as Todd letting you ride his personal bike to make sure you'll be happy with your purchase. 5 plus stars!
I like the friendly, local neighborhood bike shop ethic; they are very knowledgeable about products and service. Their business seems to go beyond just selling you a bike and some parts. They participate in the community as well: from group rides in their neighborhood, to test rides of new bikes at regional bike parks and support local train maintenance. Overall, just a great bike shop to be involved with.
