The Bike Lane continues to be my favorite Bike Shop in the are for their full spectrum service. I had a warranty repair issue for a Shimano Component on a Bike I purchased Online, they addressed the issue expediently. Very happy.

As a retail manager myself, I believe that you can have the best product but if you can't sell it, it's worthless. It's not the products you offer, but the genuine caring demonstrated by Bill, Ward, and, please forgive me, I cannot remember the name of the service person who installed my road cleats, Bob, maybe...who make shopping at your store so attractive. I did not purchase my bike from you, but you all have shown an honest compassion for me to get the most out of the simple pleasure of riding my bike. I can teach the technical necessities of daily operations, but I cannot teach integrity, which is what you all show every customer on a consistent basis.
I loved working with Bill! He was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! The service crew set me up for safe success on the road too. Thank you for looking out for me and giving me such great service while I was in the store!

Buying online and picking up was really easy!
Service on my bike took 2 weeks. Understanding that some of the items needed to be ordered, it would’ve been nice for the technician to have provided me with an estimate for how long the job would take when I dropped the bike off. Absent that, some communication during the two weeks to establish expectations would’ve been appreciated.

Associate recommended a bike saddle that he liked personally, rather than focusing on what I might need. I tested the saddle and it was terrible for me. Went elsewhere.

Derrick and I spoke about the service requirements and I was happy that the bike shop had all the parts and the service performed was timely and convenient. Couldn’t recommend bike lane more as they are professional and provide quality advice. Just wish the bike selection was extensive as I had to go to DE and PA to buy two new bikes this year.

Bought the Helwig IPA jersey and I love it. It fits right which is impossible to find as a 6'3" 170 lb rider. Usually jerseys are too short for me or too baggy. The colors are amazing. The blue and red are just perfect. The logo of Helwig conquering someone with his bike is just amazing. So Virginia. I love it! The man himself is pretty awesome too and has provided me with amazing service in the past.
