Very good service. Got it done faster than promised.
You have a very good selection / options for accessories. The bikes you have are very nice and you even had the particular bike I was looking for. I liked the company clothing line but my only recommendation is to carry a few larger sizes. Some riders are getting back into riding and some might be riding for the first time for the health benefits.
Store employees were amazing and patient. I will definitely visit the store again when I'm back in the area. I'm from the Hampton Roads area (VA Beach).

I have a Trek Hybrid from 2014 that I got from a different store and I recently got my first road/gravel bike from The Bike Lane! Despite Covid-19, the bike shop owner was proactive and pre-ordered 2021 bikes in 2020, so I was able to find a Red Checkpoint ALR4 in size 49, with the help of Bill, that was more in the price range of what I was looking for! Beautiful bike and great customer service! I love that this bike shop is off the W&OD trail. Makes it super convenient to access!

Personal touch and professional service
I expected my bike would be ready when promised; it was not. I expected to get my bike professionally fitted rather than just eyeballing the seat height to my hip. I like the location of the shop and being able to get something to eat or drink there too! Having a table massage available was a plus. I failed to get factual responses to all of my questions. I had to ask several people to get information to my questions. Overall, I give you a B-.

Everyone at The Bike Lane in Reston is super friendly, knowledgeable and nice to talk to. The mechanics are always there for you, doing their absolute best to help with professional service, advise, help and every time with a smile. The brewery is a golden mine for a post ride hangout or just to chill and the bartender is super cool and fun to talk to. I really like The Bike Lane and always recommend to friends or anyone asking for a quality bike shop and brewery.

Service is excellent, but prices are way too high.
Super helpful and quickly adjusted my derailleurs. Went in expecting to drop off my bike for one of the tune up services and was told my bike was in good shape and didn’t need it. Truly appreciated not being upsold or charged for things that were not necessary. This is why I go back to The Bike Lane from Arlington when I’ve got other shops riding distance from my house.
