I recently bought a Trek Fuel EX MTB from the Bike Lane. Aside from the fact that this is a great bike, they provide top notch customer service. Special thanks to one of their employees, Vincent, he is the best! If you live in Northern VA, I would highly recommend the Bike Lane.

"Here is your new bike, thanks, bye"........I thought many bike companies offer specialized online training on their models to shop staff so they can give you information and knowledge on Bike features, How to take care of the bike, accessories you may need, etc. Especially for new bike riders, NOT at this store!! The staff just gave me my bike, got payment, and then BYE!!!
I don't know a lot about TREK but am told these bike products are high quality.

I just rode the Electra I bought last night and I love it! It's a fairly light weight bike. So much more comfortable than my old mountain bike. Y'all put on a water bottle holder for me.
