Great shop with coffee and beer bar. Helpful staff with quality products.
I came in with my 9 (almost 10) year old who had never ridden a bike. The salesman asked the professional bike fitter what size bike would fit my kid based on height. He didn't take into consideration that my kid had NEVER ridden a bike and tried to fit him into a 27.5" bike. I understand that normally this would be fine for an experienced rider. After some discussion about bike sizes and needs, I asked to look at 24" bikes. From there everything was quite literally smooth riding. He tried the 24", took it outside, glided around a bit and was pedaling within 2 minutes. The salesman apologized for not listening to me about my kid's fear of riding. I understand that the salesman was fitting a bike based on size, not based on riding experience. I think he learned something and he seemed just as pleased that my kid was getting the hang of it. We walked out with a bike that my kid loves and can't stop talking about. He is over the moon and has the most confidence in himself that I have ever seen.
It was annual service time again and Richard did a fantastic job! I put a list together of things that needed done. He took the time to review with me before and after the service. The service was performed in a timely manner and as always they are friendly and courteous. Thanks. Shawn
It's hard to find courtesy people for small businesses. Management obviously does it's best to find those types of people.

I brought my bike in for an estimate - I needed new brake pads and new tape on the handle bars. The staff were very friendly but the estimate I received via email was close to 300.00 . For brake pads? The total labor was 200.00. This seems ridiculously high.
I took my bike to another location and they are doing the same work for $100.00, a third of what you were asking.

I ordered a bike in July last year and was told that because of Covid delivery would be end of August. I called them on September 1st was told that delivery was moved to November again because of Covid. Then they move it to April 2021. Just 2 days ago Jeremy called to BS me about Trek stopping production of the bike that I ordered (2021 Model) and Trek moved to the next model year production. He wants me to order a different color and more expensive bike. Pls stop promising your customer if you can’t deliver. I would never step inside your store ever again!!!!!!
