The team at Bike Lane was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The website is also good, and I was able to find the products I wanted to buy before I went in the shop. I was able to get an accessory that I’m really excited about!
Timely repairs, accurate estimate.
Had Bill do a bike fitting and although he recommended and made only minor tweaks, during the 10 miles I wrote afterwards I could feel a big improvement in comfort and rising efficiency. He explained exactly what he was doing and why he was recommending changes, and it all was easy to understand, and made sense. He also found a problem with the rack attached to my bike which could have been a major inconvenience for a big trip I have coming up. Can’t wait to take my other bike in for a fitting!

Friendly helpful service
I was at the store on Saturday this past weekend, purchased a new tube for my bike, and confirmed the hours for Sunday the following day to be open from 11 AM until 6 PM.
I returned with my bike to drop it off for repairs the following day, on Sunday afternoon but the shop was locked up tight, nobody inside or out, but the sign on the door showed the Sunday hours to be open
I then drove to REI in Tysons to get the repairs done on my bike.

The transaction at bike lane was very smooth. The staff was friendly upon entry. We needed a bike for my 7 year old. They showed us what would fit himself sat on the bike and we were ready to go. The transaction was quick.
Knowledgeable advice was great! They also delivered the bike after service a lot quicker than I expected. Unknowingly I popped in on a Sunday when the shop is technically closed but they went above and beyond to give me my bike. Thank you!
Bike Lane is a great local bike shop. The staff is very helpful with great advice on purchases and the bike techs do great work.
