After a few bad experiences I have regained my trust in the Bike Lane. Fast and affordable fix to my issues and my bike runs like new. I will be back in the future

This experience with the Bike Lane Repair shop was beyond disappointing. At first I was under the understanding that parts were in backorder, but after 3 months of poor communication it became clear that there was an alternate part that was available and could have been purchased much earlier, which means the delay was simply due to a lack of effort, and not because of some industry-wide part shortage. Eventually I bought the part myself and had it put on. The only saving grace is that I was not charged for the installation of the part I found myself after such a long delay. In the future I encourage your shop to be more proactive, but I will admit this encouraged me to consider alternative local bike shops.
Staff is awesome. My go to place for bikes and beer!
