Great products, obviously, but also a wonderful staff. I knew the bike I wanted but was greeted with excitement and advice. I look forward to returning to the shop and shopping more in the future. Thank you for the military discount and the great services!

Terrible service,
They forgot all about the bike,
I called and I was told to come to pickup the bike this past Friday,
I show up after a whole week, and the bike wasn't even touched,
The worst part is that a staff member brought it out and told me bike was ready,
I looked at the bike and couldn't believe it,
The bike wasn't even touched!!!!
Moreover, another staff member tried to find an excuse and an answer for every failure, and said OH the guy is new, he didn't know...I can go on and on...
I finally picked up the bike this Saturday,
No one bothered to tell me what was done on the bike!!!
To me it looked like it was just cleaned
For $200.00 !!!
I took it for a ride. And I can still hear some clicking noise ....!!!

Dropped off three mountain bikes fir safety check and tune ups. Team did excellent pre-check and gave accurate quotes for services. All three bikes were good to go in 4 hrs! Job well done, speedy and great customer service. I’ll be back. Highly recommended.

I brought my bike in to have the rear tire checked for frequent flats. Your mechanic quickly found a small piece of glass and removed it free of charge. He even remembered my name from a service a had done 18 months ago! Your team is friendly and has great customer service. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the bike I purchased. It is great quality and comfortable. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, and helped me pick the bike that was right for my riding style and did over-sell or pack on accessories. The fact that they are located along the Reston bike path AND have a mini pub are just a few of the reasons I will back back to the Bike Lane for all my future purchases.
