I've been to the store a few times with questions and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Talked with Mr. Brown during my most recent visit. He was clearly interested in helping rather than just making a sale. We had a long conversation about saddle comfort, and the saddle I purchased was noticeably better on my first ride. Mr. Brown made a point to remind me that it was okay to try the saddle and still return it if it didn't work for me.

Great staff! They are very friendly and helpful. They helped me get my bike out of my vehicle and back k in it when they were finished. They helped me figure out what I needed to get my bike back on the road, and the cost was very reasonable.

First of all I want to apologize for a mix up review from another company. Phat tires has always been helping me with any of my bike repairs. Last week I went there to get two kids bikes fixed and they didn’t take long at all. They were very kind and have always been since I went there last year. They have fixed my ebike and installed a new handle bar for me. Good place to go. Thank you again for always making your customer happy. I will be for sure to come back.

I’m one of the earliest customers of the Bike Rack Bentonville in the original location, where part of Table Mesa is now. I have always had great service, everything from new bike purchases, bike repairs, accessories and tune ups. I highly recommend this shop , they have always had excellent repair technicians and a wide selection of bikes, parts and accessories at great prices!

The gentleman that helped me worked quickly to solve my problem, made suggestions for the best solution and went above and beyond my expectations as he tightened several items on my bike that needed attention.
