They are great! I went in with a tire that had a leak. I was thinking I would have to drop it off and come back for it. They looked at it right away and solved my issue and I was out the door in 15-20min. Very good service.

Employees add value beyond the reason for my entering the shop by sharing mountain biking expertise, experience, news, tips, suggestions, local happenings, trails, etc. All are very welcoming and helpful. Prices for maintenance and rentals seem high but the service is excellent.
Awesome selection of kids bikes. We have 2 kids and each of them have used Phat tire to purchase and trade in each bike as they grew. This program is incredible. I have also purchased my gravel bike from phat tire and they provide excellent t expertise and service.
