I can’t say enough good things about Nick at Phat Tire! I had an issue with the inner tube on my e-bike’s back tire, and Nick not only honored the warranty and took care of the repair, but went above and beyond to help me understand how to prevent the problem from happening again.
What really stood out was that he took the time to give me hands-on guidance and actually teach me how to change the inner tube myself in the future. You don’t see that kind of customer service and willingness to help every day.
Nick was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I left feeling like I got more than just a repair — I learned something valuable that I can use down the road. Huge thanks to Nick and Phat Tire for taking care of their customers the right way!
