Ended up not getting any work done on my bike. The cost really wasn’t feasible for the age of the bike. But they were very honest and up front about what it would take to get it up and running properly again. But unfortunately when you have to start replacing things in pieces it starts adding up. The cost of repairing mine was within a couple of hundred of the cost of a new bike. So I’ll probably end up going that route instead. I did fail to mention the bike I took in was around 20 years old so to me it’s not worth spending that kind of money on.

Phat Tire Tulsa Midtown is a great place to get help with your bike. Steve was very helpful in addressing my upcoming change to puncture resistant tires on my VanMoof S2 electrified bike. Showed me what I needed to purchase in order to adapt the Schrader valve holes in my bike tire so I could switch to using Presta valves instead. I like the Presta’s as they seal better than Schrader valves. Excellent service, and great communication. What more could you ask for! Stephen S. Platt
