The staff were able to help me during the OZ-3 Day Stage Race, in a pinch, to ensure I could be ready, for the next day’s Stage. They were very helpful, in a time-critical situation.
The customer service is exemplary, it is a small shop but they have quite a few options. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They don’t try to oversell their products and services and they seem to truly care about customers needs.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Kevin, Matt, Katherine and Jonathan. Each helped me decide on a new Checkpoint and/or helped me get ready to take it on a ride beginning in Vancouver and traveling as far south as I can through the US. I’m new to gravel bicycles, hydraulic brakes, remote shifting and their batteries, tubeless tires and bicycle racks so they helped me get used to lots of new stuff. Thanks!
