I love the staff! I am a road biker, not a mountain biker. So I do miss the apparel they used to carry, but the staff is what makes this the shop for me. They are always so friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they are open to last minute fixes and their extensive knowledge. We get our bikes serviced every year here and when I need to travel they have a great airline approved packing service, as well.
Finished repairs before they had promised. Everything looks to be in order and they took time to fine tune before I left.
Mike, the manager is awesome always there available to help you. Limb is also great. Everybody in the store is very helpful and helping you find the things that you need. I love PHAT tire.

Great experience AGAIN! All of the guys were great to work with. I have bought several bikes from them and done business here for years and they always take time to explain everything to me and give me options. They did an amazing job working on my 2018 Trek bike and fixing everything and also detailing the bike to make it look brand new. These guys are the best and I give them 5 stars for sure!

This may be a branch of a larger system, but this ship still has the small ship attitude. Super friendly staff! Great service. I don't judge bike shops by the bicycles they carry. It's all about the service/maintenance section., and the checkout experience. The guys at this location are top notch.

Phat Tire is well established in the area; so, I knew when I wanted to have my MTB updated/upgraded, I was going to seek their assistance. Once I showed them my 2016 KONA Explosif and described the modifications I was considering, the original sales/service tech talked me through everything I was considering and provided brand and product selections based on my riding needs and price points. I scheduled the service and left my bike in their care. Since a few of the products had to be special ordered, I left my bike with them for a few weeks. The originally desired FOX dropper was on back order, but the shop mechanic Josh, called me, explained my options and provided his replacement recommendation based on his riding own experience. I picked up the bike about a week later and it’s never looked, nor been better equipped for the NWA trail systems. Thanks Phat Tire. See you soon!
Excellent customer service is the first thing that comes to mind when I need Phat Tire. Did a complete inspection and test drive for my Lectric ETrike making sure it was ready for the ride. Friendly and helpful, they loaded and unloaded my trike for me at the shop. I’m told best trike repairman in the area. I’m going to use them regularly for the maintenance of my trike. I recommend them to you as well. Without reservation!
