Recently on a Sunday afternoon, I ran over a sharp object that resulted in a flat rear tire. Fortunately, Phat Tire was still open and the bike tech was able to replace the tire tube and make a patch to the inside of the tire saving me the cost of a new tire. Deeply appreciate the outstanding customer service, quick repair and not trying to sell me a new tire. The tech got me on my way in less than 20 mins and the ability for my wife and I to finish our Sunday ride. - Dan

Service was great. They worked with me and make certain I got the right handlebars and put them on the very next day and the price was well below what I was expecting have to pay. I was happy with everything about it.

I was on a ride on the trails and stuffed a loss of air from my front tire. It just took a phone call to the local Phat Tire to know that the tech there could address my issue. They were very helpful and took care of my valve stem malfunction in minutes which got me back on the trail the same morning.

I was in the middle of a ride and a spoke broke causing my wheel to go out of true and continually rub the brake. They had me patched up and good to go in less than 30 minutes. Amazing service!

Hoping to upgrade my bike in the near future & they took the time to show me some options and talked about some different bikes with me as well. I recommend them for all bike needs!
Dustin was phenominal at getting my BMC back to road-ready with the new upgrades I wanted. He always kept me informed of the status and the timeframe for when my bike would be completed. My girlfriend was even impressed. She ended up purchasing a road bike for herself. He even followed up with us to see how we are likeing the bikes. Thanks Dustin for providing first class service.
These guys are my neighbors. I'm lucky to have such close access to the Fayetteville Phat Tire team. Whether I'm browsing, or troubleshooting a derailleur, I can count on them to be attentive and helpful. Service has been outstanding with prompt communication and excellent skilled work. They are just engaging when I'm talking about new models as when I'm talking about my family. Do they sell me things? Absolutely. But I've never once been rushed into a decision.
