Had a wheel laced up at Phat Tire Bike Shop on Harvard, and Jono was incredible. His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. The wheel came out perfect and the turnaround was fast. This is top-tier workmanship and customer service. Huge thanks to Jono and the whole team — I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
