Great same day service by Max and company on an older Beach Cruiser I was giving to a friend who needed some backup transportation. Fixed a frozen (rusted cable) rear brake, installed kickstand, and minor basic tuneup the same afternoon I dropped it off for very fair cost.

I ordered a Speedtrap spacer for my 2012 Madone 2.1. USPS marked it as delivered to the midtown (no longer downtown) location but it could NOT be found. I was going to wait a day or 2 to see if it turned up before contacting USPS to pursue other options; however, the guys at Phat Tire were on the case. The guys in midtown communicated with the guys at the South Tulsa store, and the guys at the South Tulsa store communicated with TREK who had a replacement part overnighted at no extra cost to me. 5/5 customer service, 5/5 quality equipment, 5/5 will recommend. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!!

I was very please with the service I received at the Springdale location 10/10.
However, I live in Fayetteville and went to the Fayetteville location immediately before I went to Springdale. I was very disappointed in that experience. There were two employees riding bikes outside as I pull in the parking lot and they rode over to me as I was parking and unloading to look at my bike and chat. I went in to find that I am the only customer in the store and one guy standing at the parts counter. I let him know that I needed to get my flat fixed and I wanted to switch to tubeless instead of replacing the tube. Now, there are three employees behind the counter (the parking lot guys came in) and 1 customer (me) and they inform me that they can't fix my flat unless I want to leave my bike there. I looked around and said, "It looks like I'm the only customer" in the store. The main guy said, we have way too much work in the back but you can drive to the Springdale location. So, that's what I did. I was just surprised that Fayetteville didn't want my money.
I guess Friday afternoons are the wrong days to get service at Phat Tire - Fayetteville.

I appreciated being able to explore Phat Tire-Bentonville's well-organized website ahead of time—it made everything so easy. I spotted my dream bike online among the wide selection, walked into the shop, and there it was! Martin greeted me right away and was fantastic from the start. He answered all my (many!) questions with patience, clarity, and a friendly attitude. As someone new to e-bikes, I felt completely at ease thanks to his thorough explanations, helpful tips, and encouraging support.
Getting to take the bike for a test ride was a huge plus, and I really valued the on-site team giving it a full inspection before I left. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and genuine. Martin also made sure I knew I could return anytime for servicing or if any concerns came up—something that gave me real peace of mind. I’ve been loving the bike so far—it’s everything I hoped it would be!
