I don't know much about bikes but the employees were very knowledgable and willing to share best practices and answer even the most basic questions like how to properly operate the new bike pump I bought. The rental selection, price and service was great! Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will rent from Phat Tire again when family members are in town and want to ride. This will be the place we bring our every day bikes to for service because we were very impressed with the company as a whole. We are planning to purchase e-bikes soon and will be using Phat tire because of everything stated above.
