If you're informed whatsoever about the federal system then you understand that everything takes 30 emails and 2-3 months of nonsense to get anything done at all. Excellent staff! Friendly, knowledgeable, and from a service standpoint, provide exactly what you ask for. Took my bike in with all Campy Super Record components for a new Campy cable set, chain, jockey wheel replacement, and servicing of every bearing on the bike. Had a lot of techs over the years do these types of services. Never got a bike back that was as well done as this experience.
When I recently took my bike in for its first one-year service, the technician cared for me in every possible way--ensured I was comfortable in the facility while I waited, addressed the issues I identified as needing attention, helped me figure out how to get my helmet adjusted, and did great work on my bike. I truly felt like he was interested in my personal wellbeing as well as the condition of my bike. GREAT SERVICE!
