I walked into Phat Tire for the first time looking for a specific bike. After my research, I wanted a Trek Domane endurance bike. Kevin was quick with his introduction and very welcoming. After describing what I was looking for, he allowed me to test ride a few bikes to get a good fit and then we continued our search. After several minutes of conversation, Kevin took the time to research what available products he had for my specific needs. Kevin provided detail about every spec on the Domane and found my dream bike. It was transported from Bella Vista over a week’s time to OKC. During the week, Kevin reached out a few times to keep me updated and we scheduled a time for pickup. Upon arrival to the bike shop, my bike was in perfect condition and ready for the road.
Not only did Kevin help me in a tremendous way, he also helped my best friend. On the same day, my friend came with me looking for a bike as well. Kevin fitted him for frame size, asked a few questions and got a bike perfect for him. We asked for an upgrade on the gear set and it was no issue for Kevin. We understood the additional fee and were happy to proceed. During the week, Kevin kept us updated on the progress of the upgrade for the second bike. Once we arrived to pick up both bikes, we left with 2 amazing rides!

From the time I hit the door, I was greeted by a genuinely friendly mechanic. I wish I’d asked his name, because he went over and above to fix a sticky dropper post that was driving me nuts! It was a bit more complicated than that, but he worked with it until he resolved the problem. Made my day! Got a great jersey with all the AR trails listed too. Love it! What a great pile of fun area you live in! We’ll definitely be back and will refer anyone who asks to your shop. Thanks a ton!

I wish buying a new car was like this. They listened to everything I had to say. They looked at my old bike and asked questions about it. All of this information was used to find something that was specific to my needs. They also gave considerations to my disabilities (spinal fusion, degenerative disk). When it arrived they also made sure that everything was set-up properly for me. This has been a seriously fun experience, exactly as it should be. This shop is packed with experience and professionalism. If you're looking for a quality build start here. I've had a couple days to ride, and I'm beyond satisfied.
