I appreciate how your store has a variety of both new and used products, and your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They do not talk down to customers or make them feel “less than” if they have less expertise in cycling. They have a great amount of experience and are always so helpful!

Location on Back 40 trail system is great. Service technician was able to help me find problem. Even though parts for a fix on location were not available i was directed to another Phat Tire (Bentonville) that did have the parts needed.
Solid service, excellent communication, patience in my questions, guidance for if I have any difficulties or future service support. I am stoked with the bike build and having a trusted shop to go to!
