I went into Phat Tire with the intention of receiving product recommendations for a few upgrades to my existing bike. Mark did a phenomenal job of tracking down parts to meet my desires that work with what I've got. There was a little hiccup with the vendor sending out the correct parts, but Mark did everything within his power to get me taken care of. I'm new to the geographic area and I'm glad I found a bike shop I can go to get my needs met by great folks. Unrelated to the purpose of this survey, Mark also got my girlfriend hooked up with a great bike prior to this. We couldn't be happier.

Excellent mountain bikes for rent and next-level service. Nickel was welcoming, knowledgeable, and spent extra time with me even though he was juggling other customers. What a great selection of legitimate, high quality mountain bikes. Grant also stepped in when Nickel wasn't available to help with my return. Overall, I couldn't be happier--thank you, Phat Tire-- and would give this shop more than a 10 if I could.

I called on Sunday, Martin answered all my questions. We arrived on Monday, Martin was who waited on us. He helped us pick the size we needed for our grandson. They made sure everything was ready to go on it. It was an easy process!
It was an overall great experience. I am new to biking and the staff was extremely patient and accommodating. They were not pushy salesmen at all and explained the pros and cons of various options rationally and honestly. Would definitely recommend.
The place is great. Most of the time they work on your bike immediately and get you back out on the trail. The guys are awesome.

When I recently took my bike in for its first one-year service, the technician cared for me in every possible way--ensured I was comfortable in the facility while I waited, addressed the issues I identified as needing attention, helped me figure out how to get my helmet adjusted, and did great work on my bike. I truly felt like he was interested in my personal wellbeing as well as the condition of my bike. GREAT SERVICE!
