Superior staff. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Love the new FX. It is a perfect mix of road bike feel with mountain bike handling. Only thing I would change is crank length. Small riders could benefit from a 165 or 160 instead of a 170.

it took a while to work on my ebike thats been worn out after 1700 miles. i feel like there was some kind of hesitation to take the job when adding up cost of repairs. i knew there would be some since i was asking them to polish a turd, my words dont worry. it took some time but i'm happy that i'm able to safely ride again and add another 2k miles
There were several options for the service my bike needed and they gave me all the possibilities before so I wouldn't be caught off guard. My problem was new but needed to be fixed for the next day and they were happy to make it happen.

The bike mechanics and staff are first rate. Every time I have maintenance or a bike modification performed it is accomplished correctly and delivered on time. I highly recommend Phat Tire for any new bike purchase and service in new or existing bikes.
I came in with a box store bike and no time to spare and the team took great care of me. They were real life savers.
I love the shop itself but my bike lights were stolen and there wasn't anything I could do to find out who stole them or why. However the service Is fast and reliable and they sometimes even offer small services for free!!

I finally made my first trip to ride OZ Trails. So, I don't know the trails well. One of your guys first listened to what I'm riding and how little I have been able to ride this year. Then he suggested what turned out to be the best round trip ride.
Second day one of your guys helped me with a loose shifter.
