I like that I feel taken care of as a customer every time I come in. You guys do your best to keep my bike operating as intended and get me back on the trails ASAP. It's awesome!
Quality products and great service.
The brands carried at Phat Tire are top notch and the people who handle sales are very knowledgeable and professional. The service department does a great job keeping our bikes tuned and ready to hit the trails. We come here to Bentonville because we don’t feel our TREK shop in Texas has the expertise to work for n e-bikes.
