Above and beyond service. Went in to pick up some tire sealant having no idea what I was doing. Perry offered to run me through resealing, so I brought my bike back and he showed me the steps. Really appreciate the help and look forward to bringing more business to y'all.

Trek has the BEST customer service. They clearly know which aftermarket parts can be swapped out for the best fit. Some other brands are down right horrible. I came in because my expensive new bike left me with near zero customer service despite having a local retailer. Trek went out of their way to help me out since they had clear specifications like sizes and measurements on their parts. Thank you for going above and beyond.
The guys are super helpful, knowledgeable and never get frustrated with answering all my questions. We have bought multiple bikes and accessories from them and we enjoy or experience there everytime. We had a mechanical issue with my daughter's bike and they went above and beyond getting it repaired and getting the manufacturer to supply and cover the cost of all the parts.
