I’m not sure of the guys name who helped me, but he was fantastic! It may have been Josh, possibly? But he went above and beyond for my sons e-bike (under the last name Last name removed) & I appreciate that very much!!! He changed the tire on it & then also fixed a couple extra minor problems that he saw on it. It only took him a few extra minutes, but even still that probably would be ignored most places. So I’m very thankful that he went even further than expected! I just figured I would brag on him for that! Thank yall!! ☺️

Bike chain
Every staff member is there to answer any questions and help with, recommendations, bike gear set up and anything needed to assist the customer. It feels like the sales are secondary, and they are there to assist the community of bikers shopping in the store!!

Stopped in this week to redeem an award for a free set of tires setup tubeless from Dirty Fondo (in Little Rock). Was made to feel welcome right away by the associates. In particular Cat was super cool. We had a couple of great conversations about cycling activities in the area, and recent challenges we've ridden, e.g. Doom and Unbound XL. Actually had inconvenienced him a bit as he had to chase down the source of the award, and transfer it from the Little Rock location. Then when I returned to have the tires installed per his recommendation, Pzeros, they got me right in/out. For sure Phat tire is my LBS anytime traveling to/thru NWA, which is often. Thanks for doing things right.

We were greeted as soon as we got there. They did a great job talking to us about the different models within our price range and gave suggestions for what we said was our biking goal. We walked about with 3 new bikes and a used bike. Super friendly and great service!

The team in Fayetteville is better than any amount of Olive Garden I’ve ever eaten. And Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant. Liam is like a fine bowl of zuppa toscani, except for he has hands & can ring me up for water bottles. 11/10 stars!
