I visited the shop in downtown Springdale, Ar, only to get a set of grips for my son's mountain bike. I cannot remember the gentlemens name who helped me out, but he ordered a set for me, and told me they would contact me when they came in. He told me it would be about a week. They did not contact me (this is not a complaint, just what happened), but I checked back in a week and two days later, and they were in, and another gentleman handed them to me. Great customer service. Extremely relaxed environment, and very helpful guys. They probably just had a bit of backlog to go through, or I showed up the same day the grips did. Either way, highly recommended due to the relaxing customer service experience for even a new customer. Thanks!

Your staff was very helpful. I made several visits and did buy some parts for my Trek but in the end I bought a Salsa Journeyer. Someone bought the size 55 that I was looking at so I ended up having to buy that 55 size at your Fayetteville store. But the people at Bentonville were the ones that helped me make my decision. Ian for sure. I forgot the young gals name but she was also very helpful and patient. I am a 70 year old and sometimes younger people don't give us the time of day. I particularly liked the curly haired guy that ordered my parts for me. He knew his stuff and I gathered some needed information from him. I love this store. I plan to stop in to this store from time to time to see what is new.

Kevin the service technician went out of his way on a Sunday to get me back on the trails. Every one in the shop was friendly and helpful. We dont live in Bentonville so I have only been to this shop twice. Both times was a fantastic experience. I will be back.

The team is incredibly friendly and kind. They went above and beyond—I arrived more than 30 minutes after closing, and they still took the time to help me without making me feel rushed. They even helped me load my bike onto my car. Their customer service is exceptional, and it's clear they genuinely care about their customers. My bike is in great shape now, and I will definitely be back!

Amazing experience! As a runner just getting into cycling, I needed more than just a new bike - I needed information and helpful tips from experts and I got just that from Kevin and the entire Phat Tire team. They made sure I got the right bike for my goals, set me up with the equipment that matches the bike, and proceeded to make sure the bike fit like it’s supposed to fit. I am incredibly happy with my new bike and extremely grateful for the Phat Tire team!

The technician was not judgmental about our bikes being stored for about ten years. He explained what was needed to get them into proper riding condition. He was upfront and clear about the pricing.

Dylan at the May Ave OKC location was extremely helpful in determining the right size Trek Marlin for my 12-year-old son who has outgrown his youth-sized Trek mountain bike. The store had the exact bike we wanted, and Dylan had it ready to go in no time.
