Customer service was great!
I was very uninformed about e bikes and knew very little about them when going to buy a new bike. I had went to other shops to familiarize myself with them and what I could glean from the internet. The customer service I received from Rocket and his staff was top notch. Not only did he explain all aspects of the e bikes but made sure we knew what we were purchasing and the expectations we had and what the e bike would deliver. He spent time to ensure we had the right size/fit, accessories, helmets etc. Rocket answered every question we had and then some. We left in a win-win mode, happy and pleased with the price point and the quality of our e bike. Rocket also personally delivered our bikes and made sure everything was to our satisfaction and backs it up with mechanical in house service if needed. We went for our first ride of 20 miles and we are so pleased, the bikes were exceptional. If hadn’t been for the knowledge of Rocket and his staff with excellent customer service and ensuring the customer was well informed, I might have made a wrong purchase. We saved time and money at Phat Tire with Rocket. Our Townie E Bikes are fantastic. Thank you again Rocket and the staff at Phat Tire in Rogers.

The guys working at the Rogers location on February 26th were fantastically helpful and enjoyable to talk with. The products are the not too different from any other bike shop, so the thing that will continue to make Phat tire stand out is the willingness of the employees to engage and serve everyone that calls or walks in the door.
As always, quick service with great advice and recommendations for maintaining my bikes.

This was the first time I was in the store. It's very bright inside the store with lots of great bikes and a fantastic layout.
I went to two separate Phat Tire stores and one competitor looking for a specific item. At both Phat Tire stores, I was greated and several employees offered help and just talked to me about biking. It was a pleasant experience at both stores. The employees at the last store I went to that I won't name never acknowledged me, offered to help me and when I approached one of the 4 working, as soon as he made eye contact he turned and avoided me. It was such a eye opening experience of just how much better Phat Tire employees treat their customers.

Beau was our sales associate, he was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He did not pressure us, he took his time and answered all our questions. He went out of his way to show us many options, as well as explained the advantages of each bike. Beau also made sure we understood all the services offered with our purchases that are needed to maintain our bikes. He also showed us how to do regular important maintenance ourselves.(ie: chain care). We definitely would recommend Phat Tire to others.

I shop Phat Tire a lot, but this was my first time in Rogers. The crew were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I don't go to downtown Rogers a lot, but I will definitely be back, if for nothing but a beer and a chat.

Josh provided excellent customer service while helping me select the right bike, helmet and other accessories. He adjusted the settings on the bike, attached a drink holder and helped me load the bike in my SUV. I was ready to hit the road when I walked out of the store.
