I go to Bentonville a couple times each year to visit and ride. Phat Tire is one of the first places I stop. I've bought a bike on each of my last trips and the experience both times has been fantastic. The sales and service staff are awesome! I'd happily reccomend them to anyone. Stop by and have a chat, a beer, or buy a bike. You will enjoy the experience!!

Fast and friendly service. It's like home. The employees know me by name and always appear to put me at the front of the line. I realize that they don't - it just feels that way. Customer service seems to be the top priority, which makes me feel that I am their most important customer that day. All service is explained to me and done when I request it.

Several points: first, the professionalism of Scott/Rocket, both of whom helped me decide what I needed for my bike; second, Scott has been my "go-to" technician for over a year and remembers what I've had done and what I need going forward; and, third, the workmanship is solid, as are the timeframes in which the work is promised for completion. Exceptional all the way around!
